Return & Refund Policy – Soft Toys
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your soft toy product, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product for verification.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Do not send products back without confirmation from the support team.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or washed soft toys
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered by us.
- For other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
