Return & Refund Policy – Soft Toys

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your soft toy product, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product for verification.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Do not send products back without confirmation from the support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed soft toys
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered by us.
  • For other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
